Park Cities Auto Care

I went to get an emissions test there based on great reviews I read. They definitely lived up to there reputation! Everyone was professional and friendly. They offered water and snacks as a nice touch. The waiting area was full and they were calling customers back to back when they're cars were ready! Very impressed!

Great experience with James and the team. Easy to schedule, great communication, made sure they had everything for my appointment etc. When I got there I was greeted quickly, my car when right in, waiting room (including bathroom) was clean and bright. Appt was completed quickly and James answered all of my questions. Super helpful and put me at ease. Thank you!

Highly recommended! I have taken my 6sp Mustang GT (17) there on several occasions and received nothing but great customer service! They are Veteran friendly & provide detailed information about your vehicle if you need to be aware of anything! They're reasonably priced in my opinion! If your still unsure check out there website or call for a quote!

Park Cities is my Go To spot for excellent car care. They are honest professionals. They offer fast friendly service and not the type of business that try to rip people out of money. 2nd Visit. Very pleased again. Thank you James and staff for excellent service.

I found Park Cities after having an awful experience at another auto care establishment. The team was professional, kind, prompt and detailed in their work and follow up diagnostics. They are my regular go to for my auto care needs moving forward! The manager is very hands on with the team while also managing the needs of the customers. A rare find today.
